Crédito Real Crédito Real Imóveis e Condomínios S/A was established in 1933 under the name of Instituto Hipotecário e Financeiro S/A - Banco de Crédito Real. Formed by a group of businessmen from Porto Alegre, its initial capital resulted from the incorporation of the shareholders' equity of Sociedade Geral de Imóveis, a company that since 1929 has been dedicated to financing real estate projects. For 30 years, BANCO DE CRÉDITO REAL became a financial institution and, at the same time, a real estate and real estate project manager. Aiming to gain a larger share of the financial and real estate market in Rio Grande do Sul, the company developed and consolidated itself as one of the most important institutions in the field. In the 1950s, Crédito Real was one of the pioneers in the real estate consortium system. Through small monthly payments and raffles, customers competed for financing for the acquisition or construction of their own home. In addition, due to the complexity of the legislation, most condominiums abandoned self-management administration in this decade. Thus, Crédito Real also started to offer the Condominium Management service.

Cambará do Sul In the past, Brasis of the Gê group lived here, which today has as its remnants the Kaingangs and Xocléns. They were natives who built their homes in holes dug in the ground, usually on top of hills and stayed there until they went to other places as they had a nomadic lifestyle. “In the first decade of the 18th century, the Jesuits sent 80,000 cattle to the northeastern highlands”. (RUCHEL 2000: 41). From there, ways began to open up connecting the Vacaria dos Pinhais fields in Curitiba and São Paulo so that the captured cattle could be transported to market at the annual fair in Sorocaba. Thus, the drovers from the southeastern and southern regions of Brazil began to settle in this region, giving rise to the first properties. In the year 1732, the policy of granting sesmarias begins as a Portuguese strategy of domination of unoccupied territories and the sesmarias of Máximo, Santana, São Gonçalo and Lobo appear in this region, all owned by Ensign Joaquim José do Canto e Mello. The birth of the municipality of Cambará do Sul took place with the donation of 20 hectares of land to the church made by Dona Úrsula Maria da Conceição, who was part of one of the most traditional families in the region, in order to pay a promise to the Holy of his devotion to “Saint Joseph”. On December 23, 1963, Cambará do Sul conquered its emancipation. In 1965, the city hall was installed, with Mr. Luiz de Almeida e Silva as mayor. The word Cambará is of Tupi-Guarani origin and means “rough bark leaf”. It is the name of a typical tree of the region. In the central square of Cambará do Sul it is possible to see the tree. Its bright green leaves are known for their medicinal power. They are great for fighting colds and strong coughs. Cambará do Sul is also known as the “Land of the Canyons”. The small Cambará do Sul is champion in the ranking of low temperatures, and its winter is always among the coldest places in Brazil.

  • Destaque GS Performance | Aparados Off Road

GS Performance Electronic reprogramming is nothing more than changing a car's software, regulating the electronic injection when injecting fuel and at the engine's ignition points, resulting in more power and torque gain, optimizing what comes with the vehicle, this is a genuine and safe change. What is done? The engine's electronic module contains software that controls the calibration of all functions, such as fuel injection and ignition advance - according to conditions such as engine speed, accelerator load, ambient temperature, air humidity and even altitude. . For example, in summary: from this programming, the car knows that being at “x” rpm and with pedal load “y”, it must have the ignition advance “a” and fuel injection “b”, still conditioned to conditions of temperature, humidity, altitude ranges. So, changes in rpm (x) or pedal load (y) change the ignition timing (a) and the volume of fuel injected, as well as climate variations. The mention of the "chip" for the procedure comes from the 90's, when there was, in fact, a chip that was replaced (or removed for reprogramming). Currently, it is through the OBD (on-board diagnostic) port that access is made to the electronic control module and the alteration of the original factory parameters - basically fuel injection, ignition advance and, when it exists, the turbine pressure. . The power gain is more significant in turbocharged cars.
